Dungeon Lootr Beginner Guide: Dungeon Progression

The progression loop

Dungeon Lootr is built around repeated dungeon runs. Enter a randomly generated dungeon, fight through encounters, reach the boss, and extract. Community guides treat unextracted loot as lost on death, so a successful exit matters more than one extra chest.

Update 1 does not replace that loop. It adds a blacksmith, Aspects, named dungeons, and event raids on top of it.

First-session checklist

  1. Join the ClickBytes Roblox group, then redeem the codes on the Codes page. Update 1 codes hand out Aspect Gems, Forge Stones, Luck Potions, and GM Blessings.
  2. Spin or keep a class you can clear with. Early consistency beats chasing a 0.05% Exotic on day one.
  3. Finish runs and extract. Community reports say only extracted loot is kept.
  4. Forge instead of hoarding every drop. Take a usable weapon or ring to the blacksmith with Forge Stones.
  5. Spend Aspect Gems on a class you will actually play. See Aspects and Aspect Gems.
  6. Use Luck Potions before important chests, not between trash pulls.

How to progress through a run

  1. Choose or spin for a class. The listing advertises more than 30 unique classes. Secret and raid classes exist, but they are later goals.
  2. Clear the dungeon’s encounters. Layouts change between runs.
  3. Watch for zone-clear chests. Community overviews describe a glowing path to loot after a zone is cleared.
  4. Decide whether to push or extract. Deeper chests can roll rarer gear, including Exotic drops, but a death is reported to wipe the unextracted haul.
  5. Extract, then forge / aspect / level before the next attempt.

What to prioritize early

The most reliable early goal is completing runs cleanly enough to extract. After that:

  • Player level and class mastery both matter. The live cap is 175, and some Exotic quests ask for Class Mastery 50.
  • One coherent weapon you can forge is more useful than five unupgraded drops.
  • Coins buy shop upgrades and some class quests. Awakened Devil EX guides cite a 1,000,000 Coin step.
  • Do not dump Aspect Gems on a class you will reroll immediately. Community videos argue high-rarity classes get more value from gems.

For class choice, start with the Classes guide and the community tier snapshot. Treat S-tier names as a comparison, not a reroll command.
